Your days are full caring for your little one.  You need time to move your body, center your mind, and fill your cup.  This space is for you.  Bring your babe in arms (non-crawlers) to this restorative postpartum Pilates class.
You will have an opportunity to focus on deep core strength, pelvic floor health, mobility, and  overall postural alignment while re-balancing the muscles around the joints, learning  supportive breathing patterns, and strengthening and releasing muscles that often become bound up as you care for your little one.
The pace will follow the needs of the community, and will be a welcoming environment for all on their movement journey.  We will use lots of props, and additional modifications will be provided.
You are welcome to stay after class for a free diastasis recti (abdominal separation) check.
Minimum start: 6 weeks vaginal delivery, 8 weeks cesarean birth.  Must also have physician’s  clearance for movement & exercise.
 Use your current class punch card or pay on-site.
