Get Involved in the Alma Community

One of the things we are most proud of at Alma is our community. There are lots of ways to become a part of the community here! Please see our calendar and check out the new Education + Movement website for class offerings and more detailed information.

New Parent Group New parents are invited to spend time together in our community space to meet each other and share support, wisdom and resources. See calendar for current schedule.

Seasonal Mama Groups

We invite Alma mamas due in the same season to get together and get to know each other, share experiences, and build community. We host these get-togethers monthly, and a midwife attends to facilitate the experience. We have had wonderful experiences and new friendships started through these groups!

Classes and Events

The Alma Education and Movement Space provides a variety of offerings to support and enhance your healthy journey through pregnancy, postpartum and launching into parenthood.

Yearly Picnic

Every year, we have a picnic where we get to see how all of our Alma babies are growing and changing, and get a chance to reconnect with families who we've served. Please attend if you can. We would love to see you and your little ones! The picnic is typically held in the Spring or Fall. Please watch your mail for an invitation!
