A mind-body-centered childbirth preparation class that combines yoga and movement, mindfulness practices, and experiences that connect you with your body, heart, and partner. Includes basic information about the birth process and how to support the birth mother. Learn how to surrender to the wisdom of the body for the most grounding and empowering birth experience possible.

Class meets on Tuesday 6pm-8:30pm for five weeks (April 11th-May 9th) and on Saturday, May 13th from 1pm-5pm for the final session.
