Stress is a part of daily life, yet it is how you respond to stress which dictates whether it has positive or negative effects on your health, work, relationships, and life. This in an interactive workshop which will help you authentically connect with yourself, others, and the world around you. We will use mindfulness techniques, breath work, and interactive exercises to help you decrease stress, increase connection and leave feeling empowered.
Heather and Peter are Registered Nurses, Health and Wellness Coaches, and co-founders of EmpowerWell.
We created The Wellness Project to share our knowledge and expertise with you. We always provide a safe space and the opportunity for life-changing experiences to happen.
